Q I definitely clicked the “Place Order” button more than once. Oops?
A It happens. Email or contact Kilig and we’ll fix it.
Q Why does it take so long for my product to be shipped out to me?
A All of our products are currently printed on demand, which means when you place your order our suppliers receive notification and begin creating it. It takes a few days for the products to be made before they are able to be shipped out to you. As Kilig grows, we are definitely looking for options that can lower the times it takes to get your products into your hands!
Q You're a Canadian company, but my order was shipped from the US, also there were customs fees. Whats up with that?
A When we started Kilig up, our highest priority was to ensure our products were of the highest quality. Through our research, we weren't able to find a Canadian supplier with a large enough selection of product types for our needs who also met our extremely high quality standards. In order to ensure that we were providing high quality, consistent products for all of our customers, we needed to move to a supplier in the US. Because of this, some orders to Canada will have customs fees applied to them at the border. We are always looking for local suppliers who are able to meet our needs, and we are confident in the near future we will be able to eliminate the use US suppliers for our Canadian customers.
