By categorizing garments by size rather than gender, we honour the individuality of each person, acknowledging that style and taste should cater to the comfort and identity of anyone who spends time with us here.
 

Q DO YOU CARRY THIS IN 'X' SIZE?
A We make sure to carry the smallest to largest sizes that are available to us in every product we release, often ranging from XS - 5XL. There are size filters available in every section and size charts on every product page so you can rest assured. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing these measurements to our guide, or select a size up for a relaxed fit to ensure satisfaction.


Q CAN I PURCHASE GLOOM IN STORES?
A Currently, Gloom clothing is exclusively available through our online store. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and sizes, and keep our prices competitive by cutting out the middle. Stay tuned to our social media channel and newsletter for any future announcements about store features or collaborations.

HOW DO I WASH GLOOM'S PRODUCTS?
A To keep your Gloom garments looking their best, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment label. Generally, gentle washing in cold water and air drying is advised to preserve the fabric's quality and reduce environmental impact.


Q ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY MADE?
A Ethical production is non-negotiable for us. We ensure that all products and blank garments are made under conditions that advocate for the well-being and fair treatment of all workers involved.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package's journey and estimated arrival date. For any discrepancies or delays, please reach out to our contact page for assistance.


WHY ISN'T MY ORDER COMING ALL AT ONCE?

Each item is created custom per order, ensuring that you receive a unique piece that meets our high standards. Due to this personalized approach, your order may arrive in separate shipments as each item is produced and quality checked. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to provide you with exceptional products that exceed your expectations.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A Due to our quick turnaround times, orders can only be changed or cancelled within a short window after placement. Please contact us through our contact page immediately if you need to make any changes.

Q DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
A We offer international shipping to the United States only, for the time being. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
